Now, I don't really know how to cook but I do know how to have fun and as long as you're having fun that's all that matters... and that you don't make too much mess... and that you tidy up really well afterwards :o)

Big Kitchen Recipe

FRUITY FROZEN YOGHURT

What you need:
700g of fresh or frozen berries - strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are great
Some runny honey
A litre of plain yoghurt

What you do:
Empty all your ingredients into a food processor
Put on the lid and get processing!
Make sure you give it enough time to mix and chop up all the berries
Carefully pour your mixture into a plastic container such as an empty ice cream tub
Cover your container with a lid or some glad wrap and pop it in the freezer
After about an hour, take it out and give it a really good mix with a wooden spoon to break up all the ice crystals and make the yoghurt nice and smooth
Pop it back in the freezer and repeat the last 2 steps another couple of times

There you have a delicious batch of fruity frozen yoghurt!
